Terms and Conditions
The gift voucher can be purchased either at Elite Precious stores or at Elite Precious online store (www.eliteprecious.com). You can choose the value of the voucher freely and there is no additional fee for the card itself. If the voucher is purchased from the Elite Precious online store (www.eliteprecious.com), the delivery costs are borne by the recipient regardless of the value of the voucher.
The voucher has a validity term of 1 year from the date of issue. In case it is not used within its validity term (1 year from the date of issue), it automatically becomes void and the unused amount cannot be reimbursed.
The voucher is issued for an amount equal to the price paid for the voucher. There is no interest on the value of the voucher.
The voucher can be used for purchases from both Elite Precious stores and Elite Precious online store, in compliance with its Terms of Service.
The voucher is not personal and can be transferred to third parties, as the person who provides the unique number of the voucher will be considered the beneficial owner of the voucher.
The amount from the voucher can be used either in full – for a single purchase, or for several separate purchases within its term of validity. In case the value of the chosen item or items is larger than the value of the voucher, the difference is to be paid additionally, and if the value of the chosen item or items is smaller, it is subtracted from the available value of the voucher. The value of the voucher or the remainder of the original value cannot be exchanged for money and the voucher cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
The voucher can be used for all items on offer, including during sales.
When making a purchase from Elite Precious online store with a gift voucher, it has to be noted in the Special instructions field and the number of the voucher has to be entered. When making a purchase from Elite Precious physical stores, the voucher or its number has to be presented.
When making a purchase from Elite Precious online store with a gift voucher, the standard delivery terms apply.

The issuer of the voucher does not take any responsibility for loss, destruction, damage or theft of the voucher (neither for disclosure, assignment or sharing of its unique code) and will not replace, re-issue or substitute it.
By using, including buying the voucher, the person accepts these Terms and Conditions, under which the voucher is issued.
The issuer of the voucher reserved the right to make changes in these Terms and Conditions for the use of gift vouchers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the provisions of Bulgarian law.
